Street Legal & Street Legal Redline Racer

Has anyone played these games before? and if so, do you mind telling me how to run it, like if you own the game maybe you can tell me which patches work with both games?

Street legal part 1 is sloppy, real sloppy. I go to install all 4 patches and they work, but yet the game is still slow as hell. And street legal redline racer 2, well none of the patches work, or either i am installing the wrong ones. My version is 2.03 build 416.

My computer specs: Windows 98 se, 600MHZ, ati radeon 7000 64mb pci , 512megs of ram. I am still testing both games out, just wanted some extra insight.
