F.E.A.R. Patch wtf?

Hi, got a problem.

F.E.A.R. doesn't work when i have installed the patch(v1.01). when i try to open it there's a textbox saying "A required security module can not be activated. This program can not be executed."
wtf does that mean?
I think it's some kind of a copy protection. but i haven't got the game illigal and it's the real cd, and the game works with out the patch :bucky!: .

Please help me! i want to play online too!!

You should contact with customer support. They usually know what to do.

PS. Check your game again if its FULLY orginal game
