Whenever I play online the some time within 10 minutes or so the game crashes and I get this error message "memory.dll:thread 2764 is deallocating the main memory" is there anything I can do about this. I can't be my hardware I just got everything new. any help would be appreciated.

whats your system setup? How much ram do you have, etc?

anything overclocked? If so try returning to standard clock speeds. Also, make sure you have the newest video, soundcard, and any other drivers required for some games. If that does not work, reinstall Battlefield 2, and make sure you do not use custom install if you did before, and select standard install. Post to keep me updated.

Sorry. 1g ram, ge force 7800 gtx oc, amd 64 X2 dual core processor, a8n-sli deluxe board, I stuck with running xp 32bit for now.

Oh and today it said is was thread 4000.

Hey, Thanks for the info, In regards to the video card, as far as I know its built overclocked, and the only driver I found for it at nvidia tells me it can't find compatable hardware. It says its for the 7800 gtx, mines the 7800 gtx OC, although I wouldn't think that should make a difference, My sound card is actually a rack mount audio interface for music, and I have all the updated chipsets and such for the board. Is this something that a no cd fix would effect?
