how to run game trainers

hello can someone plz help im trying to find out how to use trainers i download the trainer and it says cant find game when i try to run it how do you get this thing started pretend your talking to a moron lol well anyways i dont know how to do this hope someone can help say for example game vietnam ho chi minh how do i get trainer to work from start to finish on how to set it up thanks i dont usually come here but if anyone can help email me at footballteams2003@yahoo.com i can pay some money for help by using paypal thanks

Best way to run a trainer is to drop the executable into the game root folder within program files. Create a shortcut to it and drop that onto your desktop. Run shortcut and then the game executable... or run game executable then At+tab to desktop and run trainer.
