Splinter Cell Chaos Theory Help!!

People. I have PS2. How can i knock the enemies after interrogate them. (L1 or R1). I dont want to kill them because it affects my rating. I know that button X is for grab, but how can i knock them after grab them with button X??

umm try some buttons to someone, and if you kill them, load the game and try a different button....or look it up in the manual or online

Press the button where Sam gags the enemy. This will make it nonlethal.
