Has the game ever ran fine for you? Or did you just install it, run it and then crashed?

If it ran fine for you before, i would suggest a reinstallation but keep your saves. Before you reinstall though you could try deleting the Settings.ini file in your Documents Folder. (where your saves are kept). Then run the game.

If it still has no luck, try reinstalling.

If this is your first time running then make sure all your drivers are up to date.

Hope this helps...

Yeh it could be related to your Codecs.

Update Windows Media Player to make sure you have full support of .mpg/.wmv playback. Incase GTA:SA is using this.

Hope this helps...
