fresh bf2

Hey guys I just reinstalled a fresh copie of bf2.. I have yet to buy special opps.. I was wondering what patch do i have to install now that I just reinstalled it??

I had it installed and downloaded some patches for it , but it made my game really laggy , and left out details on my maps.. so I then reinstalled it and no I need to know what p[atch to d/l....

Please Help Me!!
