Anarchy Online Not Working

Hello, I'm new and I want to say that I downloaded Anarchy Online from Gamershell and it won't work. It took me two hours to download and I was bored. I went into the folder and I clicked on Install.exe and it said (Not Responding) so I tried Setup.exe and it said (Not Responding). The folder was called AOInstall.zip. The only thing that would work in the folder were the notepad things. What should I do?

My PC is a Windows XP Professional and It's run perfectly on my other one.
