usb boot linux

does anyone know of any linux bootable OS that i could put on flash stick i have a 128 which i would rather use but i also have a 1 gig

I got linux bootable from CD so i guess you could just drag it on the stick and it works. Dunno how to do it since i stopped using linux. To many words to to few time....
