i think i need to do this because my Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 250GB ST3250624A ATA-100 16MB Cache - OEM (HD-071-SE) is picking wrong size in windows, i have installed sp1 and sp2and still the same size, do i format in windows? would that help or would i lose sp1 and sp2?
plz could give me some direct links to drivers etc. :thumbup: |

you mean insted of showing 250 gigs it shows something lesser, right? Go to control panel>Performance and Maintenance>Administrative Tools>Computer Managment
Storage> Disk Managment. Check if the missing space is on the list. I used Partition Magic to find the space and combine both partitions.
