So Ive ran into this problem now twice and no official tech support person has been able to solve it. Whenever I try to install demo's for games I start the install file and installshield comes up. and then right when it gets to "configuring windows installer" it freezes. The odd thing is that I can install other programs on my computer. Ive reinstalled windows installer like 3 times now but to no avail. Does somebody know whats goin on and how to fix it?
