My guess is you'll probably need to install the patch. Here it is, just select a server.
Otherwise look if your firewall blocks the game.

Well, i would say check your firewall since the patch thing is taken already

take a look at your filters
maybe they are filtering all servers away or something
they also should be set on internet not lan...
