Too old. No hardware support for shaders, so if you want the cool effects you'll need to emulate it with the CPU (very slow). If you're on a budget then go for a geforce 4 4200, 4800, or radeon 9500.

I wouldn't say ATI sucks, almost all their other cards released since the 7500 are good. It's just that ATI used not to pay enough attention to it's drivers. Though thing's have improved sice then, and now both ATI and NVIDIA are great choices.
