SimCity 4 trainers

Hi all,

As the title depicts, every single Sim City 4 trainer I have tried seems to be unstable. I press 1 and it either gives me the money then crashes to windows as with the Immersion trainer, or it simply freezes up as with the MyTH trainer.

Does anyone know why? I have the full retail version with the v10242 patch. I've tried running the trainers in /apps, i've tried placing the EXE in the main folder and running them, i've tried the cracked EXE in both scenarios and it just won't work. Any idea's?
