rcon command read only

Hi all I am trying to start and use rcon commands for coduo all working fine apart from /rcon scr_friendyfire when I try to exe that commend it says read only
This is what it says in my server config set scr_friendlyfire "1" also tried it with set scr_friendlyfire "0" all it keeps saying in read only

Hi thanks for your reply I am starting too think the same but if I use rcon4 it works fine
For the last few days I have been trying to fine a guide of all rcon commands so I would know one way or the other if this should work not having much luck with that as well
I have posted this same question in a few forums no 1 knows

Could someone else with a server do that command? If so it would be a problem on your side, try doing sv_cheats 1, or anything else that may unlock more options

That would be great if other peeps could try it and you got me thinking about the sv_cheats 1 bits going to try it tom getting a bit late now in uk
