championship manager patch

i downloaded a patch (v.2 i think) for championship manager 2006 and i accidently unistalled the game itself, but when i try too re-install it i cant because i says that the patch is already installed and it wony work. This is a problem because i cannot find the patch to unistall it, so is there a way to get rid of it?

Found the game dir(where you have instaled the game) and delete him,after that instal the game and apply the patch.I think it will work.
