demo problems

im getting the same story with fear combat, my computer was full of crap so i formatted and im still getting the same problem..

i hav downloaded pacific storm demo and when i tried to open it it says that the file is invalid or corrupted so i re downloaded it and the same messge came up. i then downloaded warhmmer 40k DoW dark crusade and the same thing happened why? and is there anything i can do about it?

- Use Firefox or Opera to download files
- Check size after download
- Use newer version or unpacking software

done, done and done. also funnily enough when i download the full exe from other sites cpu usage goes to 100% when executing it and then all will lock up till i go in safe mode and delete it, this is seriously the 10th time ive downloaded this from diffrent sites with deffrent ways to get it e.g in its pure exe, zip or rar archive. tryed with i.e and firefox, very very strange.

thank god im on unlimited useage but i can see a letter coming though my door soon about breaching the "acceptable useage policy"

i downloaded firefox and it still doesnt work but i realised that the file is 308 mb but its only downloading 200mb's why?

Sounds like you need to use a download manager. Try and get a copy of FlashGet, GetRight or GoZilla!
