GTA San Andreas

I have these 3 mods for the Gta San Andreas PC game can they be used all at the same time
Coffee mod 2.1, sanga by opius, samultimod30?
I do not have any sound from CJ and gang voices also on one of these mods where the fire power is in the house. The artillary is now gone I think its the Sanga mod. Well any way there are no more weapons.So Im thinking you cant use all 3 mods at the same time.
