I am on prolly the last mission, the one that u have to kill Soth and his terrorists. I already killed his guys. I am at the place with the elevators, but the problem is that all 3 of them r out of power! Is there any switch or something? I have to go down with one of them i think, id Soth and kill him!

I just had to use my thermal googles + binoculars from the stairs. After that i was able to use the elevator. And yes, it was the last mission but thanks anyway -,-

If I remember correctly that mission is on 3/4 of the game. Anyway, look for an entrance in one of the opened elevators and climb up/down.

Doesnt this end in the airport terminal where you have to climb up onto some mezzanine flooring and wipe him out from behind?

... This reminds me of how much I love Splinter Cell, whens the next one out, I cant wait!?
