How to find out what RAMs i need.

Well, here is my problem. I could open my case and look at it and that's it. But in order to do so I would have to turn off my PC which ain't dandy so to say.
So, is there a way of finding out what rams i got? like putting in a command or so. i finally found a cheap store for RDRAMs but dunno which one to get.

My sys is a killer DELL 8250

P4 2,66
512MB RDRAM (BUT WHICH ONE!! ARG!!)
it was pretty much one of the first sys that came out when the Rad 9700 came out.


HELP...need more...RAM...can't.....go on....with 5...5...512...MB.... remember Resident Evil? they used to write like that in the diaries and such...lie someone would actually put in all those dots between the words during mutation

Firstly get CPU-Z http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php
SPD tab in CPU-Z should tell you all you need.
