Cant launch "1944 Battle of the bulge"

I have this labtop:
Dell Inspiron 6400 with,
1.8 Ghz
1gb ram
Mobil Intel® 945 GM Express Chipset family (128 mb).


I have just bought a used game: 1944 Battle of the bulge.
After installation, im having trouble launching the game.
Each time, I get this msg.

The program requires hardware and stencil support (wtf is that) (Thus 32 bpp desktop!) Open Window failed.


I have updated all my drivers and reinstalled directx 9.0.


Here are the min. requirement for the game:

1 ghz
256 mb ram
64 mb grafic card

Intel graphics cards are very bad and they may often cause problems with games. Try set 32 bit color on your desktop.
