Basically I have this:
![]() The thing is, the usb split into two for no apparent reason (you don't see that on the picture). Well I tried to connect my SATA hard drive through this thing and nothing pops up in My computer, no storage devices. The green thing on the buttom of the desktop appears, it lets you to disconcet the storage device safely, and it also shows up under Device Manager . Maybe I have to configure something, but any device that I connect to this thing do not show under My Computer.

Well, you could uninstall the driver and check the net for newer versions of that basic Windows driver. How weird that it doesn't seem to be working in the first place, good luck anyway :thumbup:

It may be as simple as assigning a drive letter in disk management. Have you used the drive previously or is it a new drive?
