Why that always i play the demo it always hang and i nid to switch off the power of the computer i press altF4 i press altTab i then i press the shut down button im aware that if i always switch off the power my computer might get broken is there a way to fix it?

Don't play it, just kidding

Try lowering the resolution and all other display settings.
