i have a problem with updating my game scarface

i have a problem with updating my game! when want to instal my patch scarface it saids a newer nero application on your system please uninstall the newer applications and start the installation again how can i fix this problem

Must be some sort of protection. There has been a few protections that will only work if you don't have for example:
Nero, Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120% and thelike. You can try to delete Nero and reinstall it after the patch ;)
