Actually, "no cd cracks" don't necessarily mean someone has a pirated copy of the software. Personally I hate having a LEGAL copy of a game that requires me to put a cd in just to play it. It's annoying as hell and unnecessarily runs your cd drive!

Even if you purchased the game and want to use a NOCD crack it is still considered illegal. NOCD cracks are generally made by reverse-engineering or other methods which go againt the EULA agreements and such like which you must accept to install the game.

It is also a common myth that you are allowed to make 1 backup of the game per license. AFAIK this myth has been around since the ST and Amiga days.

Well, lucky me i don't use NoCD cracks because that's kids stuff and you can't update

Pc games are the only ones using the feature of having to insert a disc arent they? It would be fun if you had to insert a disc everytime you booted something

First take the Windows or Linux disc, then get your antivirusdisc and firewall too. Then insert your photoshopdisc and start to work. I'm liking the concept here, perhaps we should lock all these programs with Starforce too and destabilize the pc so much it becomes unusable, as gamers we alread know that and won't be suprised. This way we will be sure that people will leave the pc quickly, they are already using this strategy for gaming with great succes to get rid off the paying consumers and leave only pirates who wouldn't have bought the product anyway.

Ofcourse tons of peepz download no cd cracks and get in contact with the warez comunity. It's not a bad thing, the developers want us to do so. They have been annoying us towards that point for years now

Ha, Imagin a combo disc insertion (WOW, that sounded wrong on so many levels i can
hardly see the endboss). Like you have to put in the Floppy Disc first and then the CD.
But if you have the DVD edition you have to put in the Floppy and then the DVD and then
the CD becauser the CD contains the actuall Prg and the DVD serves only as format you
can put in
