Can anyone tell me why it is so difficult to download the latest updates for the above game?

I have registered,and still cannot find ANY downloads compatible with this game,and yet upon checking for 'updates' on the original disc the site shows loads of updates,is it me or is it a deliberate attempt to drive a NEW CUSTOMER mad.

I would appreciate any help from anyone.

Registered where? Hope you don't mean here since the only benefit you get out of that is getting to post in these ubercool forums. Anyway, all patches can be found by clicking this link. It has all the patches for all versions of the game and more, even for multiple languages.

I recommend instal X-Fire. Besides his main functions it can automaticly download patches for all games (as soon as they appear on net ;))
