Law & Order - Dead on the Money

Hi there,

I am currently in the process of playing the above game and have hit a snag. I am trying to find Lucy Traines appartment on the town map, but can not seem to get the map to move down.

I did think that I might have missed a vital peice of evidence, so re-started the game again with the help of a walk-through that I found on-line and still I can not seem to find her (the walk-through states that her premises should be on the map) :S

Please can anyone help?!
