BF2 Map Map Help

Hi
I have been playing BF2 for a while now and decided to see if there any more maps out there,
And there are. Map Packs 1,2 and 3.

so i installed the BF2 1.41 patch when i installed the game then installed the maps packs.
BUT whenever i try to play on one of the new maps it wont let me. It goes to the loading page then when its loaded it exits the whole game!

I have reinstalled everything and same problem.
Can anyone help? i really wanna play these maps.

I Have Dual core 2.8ghz. 1GB Ram Nvidia 7900 GT, Vist Home premium.

Have you tried re-installing the patch after the maps? The patch needs to be installed last so if you havn't already tried try installing the game, then patch, then maps, then patch again or maybe just install the game, then the maps and then the patch. Hope this helps.

Would it be wrong of me to conclude that you are trying to start the game in single player mode? That simply won't work, they are mp. Also you might wanna get the latest drivers and dx9.

You don't have any issues with playing the "normal" maps?
