Ok I'm not all up to par on which cards are better than others so I'll ask here. These are the 2 cards I am considering and prices GeForce FX128MB-$90, GeForce 4 ti 4200 128MB-$130. Which one should I get or do you have a suggestion for a better card?

When choosing between those two I'd go for the geforce 4 4200 (expect my review of the xfx geforce 4 4200 8x to go online soon). You'll get better performance with a radeon 9500, but it really does depend on your budget, and what you want included in the package.
