2moons download error - Page 2

Ok I downloaded CCleaner and that installed just fine. I noticed it didn't use Installshield to install, so this has to be a problem with install shield itself. After I downloaded CCleaner I cleaned the registry as you said, and I still get the error. Also I found out that error -5004 0x80070005 means "access denied".

Ok I fixed it, I just logged in on Safe Mode as Administrator. I can't do that normally since I have Home Edition. And installed it from there everything works fine now. Thanks for the help!

I dont know whats wrong but on vista I can have a setup program open more than once. On vista, you can only have one setup installer at a time. Close all other programs and try again.

The easy explanintio of the registery is that it is the table that windblows uses to locate your files.
