Windows makes a list with all kinds of information about the programs you install. That list is called the registry. In the registry, there may be some leftovers from your previous tries to install the game. What you should do, is downloading
CCleaner. In CCleaner, use the "registry" option (second button) to clean up the registry. The first button, saying "clean", is for a normal disk cleanup and is not relevant now.
By the way, your antivirus can better stay active, that is more secure. Closing the rest might help, for in case those those programs share some dll-files.
