h/l mod Gladiator

has anyone tried this new H/L mod "Gladiator" and does it work for you? it crashes when i try to start a game of my own. i get the error message that the game must close. anyone else get this mod to work yet?

my specs:
XP Pro sp1
Atlon XP 1800+ (o/c 1667mhz)
Asus A7V266-e
Corsair 512 ddr pc2100
Vision Tek G3 Ti200 (o/c 210/515)
Drivers 43.45
Viewsonic A75f 17in. flat screen
SB Audigy Gamer
Klipsch THX 2.1
Western Ditigal 20 gig H/D
DVD 16x

Yep, worked as a charm for me. Make sure you've got the latest updates installed... If problem persists, check out the official messageboards at http://dynamic5.gamespy.com/~gladiator/forums/invision , they should be able to help you there.

got it to work. it seems this game does not like overclocked XP1800+ o/c 1667mhz turned down to stock at 1533mhz then game work fine.

I dont think the problem was from your cpu.

no, not with an old game like half-life, reducing the speed of your cpu wouldnt make much of a differance would it

ok then you tell what what it was if the ONLY thing i did was turn the cpu down. seeing how i've owned a computer since 1984 i'm very sure as to what i'm doing on my comp. i made no other adjustments to my system. and no just restarting did nothing 'cause on the third (3) restart is when i changed the from o/c 1667mhz to 1533mhz (stock) second restart was a reinstall and still nothing
