World of Warcraft The Burning Crusade U

i got a problem when i have downloaded "World of Warcraft The Burning Crusade UK Client Part #1"
when i want to unpack it it says:
Sorry, the installer was unable to start up.
No installer data could be found. If this problem persists, please contact Blizzard Technical Support
can someone help me with this prob or must gamerzshell have i new download of it

You wrote "Part 1" so maybe theres more parts of this installer?
Always checks size of your file after downloading if it dosnt work
