EA download manager

whenever i try to open ea download manager is says that "This application has failed to start because WINHTTP.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem" when i re-installed it, it didnt fix anything. please what do i need to do to fix this?

Download the file here and put it in your windows/system32 folder.
