CoD 4 MW

its been a while since ive played CoD UO and i cant remember all the commands in console to "tune up" the game. any suggestions on a where i can find console commands to up my fps?? or maybe a website that lists them all?? i cant even remember how to bring up your fps on screen? anyways my ping seems fine and i try to drop most of my background programs yet im still a bit laggy.
