Recently, I "discovered" Auslogics System Information. However, it says that my desktop has a MSI Amethyst-M motherboard. But I can see with my naked eyes, that on the mobo itself the words "ATI IXP 400" are put. Is there anyone who can solve the mystery for me?

The graphics chip is an ATI stuck on a MSI mobo. Nothing weird about that. Looks like this I assume?

Yes, indeed it looks like that. Though I guess the chip is not active, because my pc has had a separate graphics card from the beginning. But I can say the mystery is solved now!
