Erm, it is also your desktop, as it seems. Maybe an issue with your graphics driver?

I used to get that all the time a few years back when I had a Radeon and Catalyst drivers starting coming out the needed the BLOATNet framework installed. Remove the Catalyst driver, run a driver cleaner utility and install another driver version.

Excellent, you have my attention, and i will do this when the next Ati Drivers are released.
Any suggestions for a Free diver Cleaner utility?
I have never heard of BLOATnet.
