OK I downloaded the cpu control.... It gives me a list of all active processes... The options include....Automatic,Manual,CPU1,CPU2,OFF.... I put it to automatic... I don't know the most efficient?

That should be fine. If a game runs really strangely you can try changing it to CPU1 or CPU2.
