counter strike zero

every time i play counter strike coundition zero i get timed out some times its ok but most of time its not im useing 4 meg internet speed with belkin wireles router .theres 4 laptops in house .useing the net work but vary rare there all on at same time.2 of us in house play game and both get timed out or message connection problem can enybody help with this please ive updated firmwere on router its only when i play game i have problem.?

Have you reset the modem and all?
What isp do you have, i heard that steam had some problems with certain isps.

ive reset wirles router and turned modem of and back on. im with virgin media ive just been on game friend signed in to play i disconnected straight away now carnt get back in but there playing.this happens quit often i eventualyy get back in .is it possibble were conflicting some how?
