My copy of The Club did not come with the Silver Product Key, and I can't log on to Games For Windows Live without it.
Answer
It has come to our attention that some copies of The Club were shipped without the Silver Product Key necessary for online play.

If your copy is missing a key, please click the 'Ask a Question' tab above to contact us and request a new one.

Well after 4hrs of nonstop e-mailing I finally got 1 key. I bought 2 games (bid on to many and had to buy the 2nd ).
1st reply I got to " I need a key ?" they respond with : Did you get a key ?
and on down the line it went ,send us a fax , a photo copy now , the receipts were not good enough can you send us photo's? ECT ECT oh my lord .

And as the last e-mail I got back they finally sent one product key . I said I had 2 games .I have said this all along .I sent photo's of 2 games !I sent 2 receipts of 2 games!

The reply by SEGA open another form and another e-mail for another key !

Now I get an e-mail saying : I'm not sure why you would have two games... are you a retailer?

You must present proof of purchase for each game.

You should provide at least a photo of both copies of the game. You should then reply:

I purchased 2 games so that I can play the game on 2 computers as per the terms and conditions of the EULA. I am disturbed that such a simple request requires such unnecessary correspondance. When I purchase a piece of software that requires a unique key I should expect at least to be provided one. Please cut me an additional key, as per my initial request, or I will start to seek compensation for my time and for my incomplete purchase.

Thanks magnus but after 5 hrs total I finally got the other key ...
What bothers me is the time it took to get one. And then the other .
Seeing as a week ago they were giving em out freely on the site !
And as I ask them is this my fault or was it the factory's fault ?
Bla bla just one mad customer and so on sorry , But I had to vent .

That's one of things that got so mad was I did provide photo's of the receipts ,the game. Cover inside,out the DVD front and back ! Lord I was fume'in be this time.
Hence the post about it ...
Also it took a total of 5hrs non-stop e-mailing back and forth . And by the time it was done and I got both keys .There was 14 E-mails to them and 11 replys .
. Looks like they ignored a few huh ...
