My copy of The Club did not come with the Silver Product Key, and I can't log on to Games For Windows Live without it.

It has come to our attention that some copies of The Club were shipped without the Silver Product Key necessary for online play.
If your copy is missing a key, please click the 'Ask a Question' tab above to contact us and request a new one.

Well after 4hrs of nonstop e-mailing I finally got 1 key. I bought 2 games (bid on to many and had to buy the 2nd ).
1st reply I got to " I need a key ?" they respond with : Did you get a key ?
and on down the line it went ,send us a fax , a photo copy now , the receipts were not good enough can you send us photo's? ECT ECT oh my lord .
And as the last e-mail I got back they finally sent one product key . I said I had 2 games .I have said this all along .I sent photo's of 2 games !I sent 2 receipts of 2 games!
The reply by SEGA open another form and another e-mail for another key !
Now I get an e-mail saying : I'm not sure why you would have two games... are you a retailer?
You must present proof of purchase for each game.
