I donwloaded the 2.8.3 full game version of this site.
When the installation starts I get the message "failed tot install the ISKernal files" make sure
you have the appropriate privileges on this machine"
The computer is mine and have all privileges
how can I solve this problem

Try right clicking on the installation file and chose "Run as Administrator"
