Need for speed underground for the pc

hi all, i have tried to install need for speed underground on my new pc, but it keeps coming up with the error regarding the tracks for sound and stops installing............ Help

Uh that's weird. You could try a different dvd reader

try copying the dvd to your hard drive and installing it from there.
