help please!

I have now downloaded 2 games from here and when trying to unzip them I get one or more files are corrupted.. why and what can I do to fix it.. the games are 9dragons and rappelz.

Most likely you use a downloadmanger or IE6 which is also known to cause issues. Not just on our servers but in general with large files. I suggest using a good and secure browser like firefox or opera for it.

I only use firefox and am using the most up to date version, virus scanner shows computer is clear, no ads or spybots. No matter what I do I can not get them to open without errors.

it is now saying that the CRC check failed and I am using the newest winzip to unzip it..

Delete the files, clean out your temporary files and download again. If the faulty file is still in your temporary data, you are more prone to getting the same error again.

Edit: using the newest winzip doesn't make a difference if the file itself is broken. It simply can't unzip anything that isn't complete.

Try other mirrors and see if it is this mirror only, may be that your host or something else is disconnecting you halfway through or something like that.
Might wanna check if your cables are okay, or if you have wireless that that's working right too.

I have tried 3 different mirrors and all to get an error stating it is corrupted or getting data1.cab errors.. oh well guess I will just have to stick to my old stand by of Titan Quest..
