Yeah, delete the file. Delete your temporary internet files and download again without using a download manager. The file you currently have is corrupt. Please remember you absolutely don't have to register a user name and password to download from gamershell, free without registration means just that and there is no catch.

go to the game's download page, select a download mirror with a high bandwith and low occupation %, and then you will be redirected to another page. There you have to wait some seconds, then you will be able to click on the "click here to download" link.
