Spearhead Installation is KILLING ME!

Hello,

I bought a copy of the expantion pack MOHAA and for some reason when i go to install it i get an error message saying that "cannot load font delima-30".

Anyone got any ideas on what to do (apart from thowing the damn computer throught the window!!)

get new copy, your CD is currupt

When does this error occur? Straight after you load the setup? Halfway through the install?

Need more info.

Also, try searching google for 'delima font'.. might just be a missing font, but I find it strange that they wouldn't have included. Maybe it's a corrupt CD but I wouldn't jump to that conclusion straight away. I'm gonna investigate.

Try cleaning the CD too, with a proper CD cleaner.

Could also try copying all the files from the CD to your HD and trying it from there. Don't give up!

Hey, thanks for responding (i am useless with computers by the way)

The error occurs when the screen goes to full size (its all grey at this stage). I then do the control, alt and delete thingy and look at the console and the error is flashing in red at the bottom of it. Any ideas

So this is before the game is even installed yes?

That kinda rules out the idea that it could be a badly installed mod.
