Trainer Won't Work

I downloaded The Trainer from this website for Donald Trump's Real Estate Tycoon. I followed the instructions, what little there was, and dropped the trainer into the game folder. An error message came up which said "Retycoon.exe has experienced a problem and needs to close. Sorry for the inconcenience." It then said to click "here" and then said "error signature" and something about privacy and the operting license being in jeoprady. I have no idea what this is all about. Do any of You?

All I want to do is use the trainer, as the game give you so little money to work with, you can't even start the game. No manual came with the game, just vague information. Could I possibly not understand how the trainer works or placed it in the wrong folder, I don't know.

Any help would be appreciated.
