Splinter cell

In splinter cell, Level 3 i can see the laser beams in the courtyard but i have 2 get to the west wing by climbing across the pipe when i get nearr the window i get caught. i cant seem 2 see anyone or any cameras and im no where near the laser beams anyone a=have ne idea what it is or where?
help some 1 plz

there is a guard inside the room.
