call of duty world at war v1.4 nazi zombie

i am playing nazi zombie custom maps both solo and in lan co-op with friends and using the team brewers trainer v1.4 and its partially working. the super speed feature doesn't work. anyone else having the same issue or know a possible fix for it? i am on vista
i dont care for infinite health or ammo. i just want the super speed hack to work. please help !!
