C&C Generals, DO U NEED A DVD DRIVE???

I am very interested in buying this game, and had just recently redone my comp, to a 2.4ghz p4 with 512 ram etc... but didnt get a dvd drive. for some reason is seems odd it would be required, but I am going to buy one I guess unless somone here knows

lol, a DVD drive for what. You arent going to watch movies.

You are simply going to play a Video game so you only need a CD ROM.

By the way, its the Graphic card that boost most your pc gaming performance not your CPU ;)

Fairly simple question that didn't require a smartassed reply.

Go get the game and enjoy it, you computer will eat C&C games for lunch and want desert.

Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance, This game requires a DVD drive, as it is on DVD discs, and the guy was just asking (to make sure) if he needed a DVD rom to play the game.

Mcderm, you can tell if you need a DVD rom for a game, because in the top corner of the case it will say DVD rom, and CD rom
