hi all,

I have installed (not legally version)C&C generals and C&C generals zero:hour.
I had no problems with the installation but when i run the game, and i'm in the windowed starting screen the game crashes or it just shut down why?

I'm using Vista, is the game not made for Vista?

somebody help!

it's not downloaded version. it's from a friend of mine. only keycode is different between the two of us.

Fair enough. Post the spec of your pc please. Also, C and c is on sale in the Netherlands these days and you can pick it up for the price of a baco (that's Bacardi cola). Just get your own so you can play online against your friend.

right now C&C is 40 euro in the shop. if i buy it it won't solve my problem, right? only thing that is diffrent between the version of the game of my friend is the keycode, if i buy the game it would only be a waste of my money because than i would be in the same position.

i have a from 1500 euro, with a dual 2.6 prossesor! videocart is a 9600 GT! 4 gb internal memory
I can play crysis on my pc with best visuels (high qualaty), i'm mean i should be able to play a game that is 4 years old?

the installed game is not pirated! it's a legal version! no cracks in the directory! only the keycode is different between the two of us! i have copied the keycode from a box in a shop! C&C installer accepted the code so it's not the keycode.

is my problem now clearly and can somebody help me plz

And that is exactly the reason why you have the problem. Keycodes vary sometimes

And how dare you to say that your game is not pirated while you actually confess (="bekent")? You must be either very young or very foolish. Let me teach you a lesson: copying keycodes in a shop is Piracy with a capital P. Period.

Installers rarely "accept" a keycode. They usually simply don't check whether the entered serial number is valid.

Buy the game dude, it is so old now that it will cost you only a few euros if you look in the budget corner.
